Shoulder Wall Slide

Equipment required: None

Steps to follow:

  1. Stand or sit on the floor with your back and bottom against the wall.
  2. Rest your head, shoulders, elbows and wrists against the wall with shoulders and elbows at 90 degrees.
  3. Keeping the entire body in contact with the wall, slowly slide your arms upward along the wall.
  4. Breathe normally during movement and slowly return to the initial position.
